Do your products have a guarantee?


Yes! Our Good Luck Guarantee covers any damages on all tights products that render them unwearable, observed within the guarantee period from the date of arrival.

How Long are my tights guaranteed?

Sheertex tights are guaranteed for 30 Days. We are currently running an extended 90 day warranty on products purchased after September 9th 2021.

Orders before Sep 9th do not qualify for the limited time extended warranty.

How does it work ?
Reach out to us at the email or phone number below, and we’ll get you started on our quick replacement process. If your tights are eligible for the guarantee, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping. Please note that any Sheertex products not purchased directly from our website may not be eligible for our Good Luck Guarantee.

What’s your return policy?

Most of our products are intimates products, so once they leave our facility, they cannot be returned. All orders are final sale for this reason. If you have any questions or concerns, please email hello@sheertex.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Absolutely! We have a few options when it comes to shipping. While we offer free shipping on all orders, you can choose a faster option for an additional fee. All shipping options come with a tracking link that will be emailed to you once your item has left our warehouse.

-Free (21 Business Days)
-Expedited (5-6 Business Days): $5 USD
-Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days): $15 USD

How long will my order take to ship?

We fulfill all orders directly from our factory in Montreal, Quebec. We process orders as soon as possible, so most products are shipped the same day. Shipping takes 3-5 business days on average for shipments going to the US and Canada, from the moment the order leaves our facility.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped, and you’ll be able to follow your order’s journey from our home to yours.

Where do you ship your products to?

We currently ship our products to Canada, the US, the UK, and the EU. You can toggle the currency displayed on the site by clicking the flag icon beside "Select your currency" at the bottom of every page.

There is an error in the shipping address that I provided, what do I do?

Mistakes happen! If you’ve made an error in your shipping address, please call us at 1 (800) 715-1658 as soon as possible. We will only be able to edit your shipping address before your order leaves our facility, so please let us know how we can help right away. We cannot guarantee any changes after the order has been submitted online. Once the order has been shipped, we are not able to change anything. Please refer to the shipping carrier's website for resources on how to redirect an order when it’s en route. Many shipping carriers have options to do this—you will have to contact the shipping carrier and provide the necessary information about your order. Note that some shipping carriers will charge a fee for re-routing.

Were your tights delivered with the wrong label?

If you recently placed an order with us, it's possible that the label might feature another product name instead. But don't worry!

The product you received is what you ordered – it just came in a recycled box. Rather than waste packaging of renamed or older products, we're taking a sustainable approach that aligns with our goal of reducing waste. After all, what's not to love about responsible packaging?

Nude Products - Label could mention light nude (N04), medium nude (N06), dark nude (N10).Semi-Opaque Tights- label could mention a denier level of 30 instead of 80.
