We have a few options when it comes to shipping. While we offer free shipping on all orders, you can choose a faster option for an additional fee. All shipping options come with a tracking link that will be emailed to you once your item has left our warehouse.

We currently ship our products to Canada, and the US.

How long until I get my delivery?

My order is delayed, what should I do?

Often, shipping carriers will notify you when your parcel is expected to be delivered late. If your order has been stuck in transit for more than two week, please send an email to hello@sheertex.com so we can help you out!

How can I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking link for you to follow your order from our warehouse to your front door!

I have paid for express shipping, however I haven't not gotten my order on time.

There is an error in the shipping address that I provided, what do I do?

Mistakes happen! If you’ve made an error in your shipping address, please call us at 1 (800) 715-1658 as soon as possible. We will only be able to edit your shipping address before your order leaves our facility, so please let us know how we can help right away. We cannot guarantee any changes after the order has been submitted online. Once the order has been shipped, we are not able to change anything. Please refer to the shipping carrier's website for resources on how to redirect an order when it’s en route. Many shipping carriers have options to do this—you will have to contact the shipping carrier and provide the necessary information about your order. Note that some shipping carriers will charge a fee for re-routing.

My order has been stuck in transit for two weeks.

RETURNS

What’s your return policy?

Most of our products are intimates products, so once they leave our facility, they cannot be returned. All orders are final sale for this reason. If you have any questions or concerns, please email hello@sheertex.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Do your products have a guarantee?

Our tights are made strong with Sheertex Knit Technology and are covered under our guarantee for the first 90 days upon receiving your order.

All Sheertex tights come with a 90-day no-rip guarantee (with the exclusion of our Essential Sheer Tights, which comes with a 30-day guarantee). If your tights become irreparably damaged within 90 days from the day you received the product, send a photo of the damaged product to hello@sheertex.com for our customer service team to review. If approved, you will be sent a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that standard signs of wear and tear (ex. pilling) are not covered by our warranty. While our knit is stronger and made with higher quality materials than any competitor, you can expect to see signs of typical wear just as you would with any other garment.

*Purchases made after January 4th, 2022 are entitled to a 90 day guarantee with the exception of our Essential Sheer Tights which are entitled to a 30 day guarantee.

If they're so strong, why is your guarantee only 90 days?

After a multitude of tests, we noticed that a defective product shows damage within the first 90 days of use. While our tights are the strongest on the market, they are still a fine knit, and at the end of the day, an article of clothing. Much like a sweater or pair of pants, you can choose higher quality materials that cost more and will last longer, but sweaters and pants do not come with lifetime guarantees.

Were your tights delivered with the wrong label?

If you recently placed an order with us, it's possible that the label might feature another product name instead. But don't worry!

The product you received is what you ordered – it just came in a recycled box. Rather than waste packaging of renamed or older products, we're taking a sustainable approach that aligns with our goal of reducing waste. After all, what's not to love about responsible packaging?

Products affected:
Nude Products: Labels may mention light nude (N04), medium nude (N06), dark nude (N10).
Nude Ultrasheers: Labels may mention a denier level of 20 instead of 15.
Semi-Opaque Tights: Labels may mention a denier level of 30 instead of 80.

Do you offer refunds?

My tights are damaged but I got them more than 90 days ago.

Oh no, we're sorry to hear this! Please send an email over to hello@sheertex.com so we can help you out. While this order will not qualify for our guarantee, we'd be happy to look into another solution for you.

Why can't you take them back when other intimates brands do?

We definitely understand the concern - most intimates brands that take back their products destroy them immediately in order to preserve the sanitation of their facilities, which at this time is not a viable option for us given that we operate out of a small warehouse in Montreal.

Can they be recycled?

Our goal environmentally (and financially!) is to reduce the number of purchases of pantyhose overall - making sure fewer pairs of pantyhose end up in the landfill and thus you needing to buy fewer replacements over time. Although our fibre is not biodegradable, we’re aware of our impact on the environment and are proud to make our products and packaging as sustainable as possible. While individual actions do not equate to the majority of the climate crisis, each small step is a good one, and we are working towards making our product fully circular, one day!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Your free gift won’t appear on the invoice is (so that we don’t accidentally charge you for it). The gift will arrive along with your order, though!
