Hey there, it's nice to meet you! Since you made it this far, you might be wondering, "Unbreakable tights? How has no one done this before?!" —well, we did it. We started shipping products just 18 months ago out of a 2,000 square foot garage and today we've been named one of TIME's Best Inventions, have a team that's over 170 strong and are shipping products out of Canada's largest hosiery factory. Our founder, Katherine Homuth, had the wild idea of miniturizing the strongest fibers in the world (typically used in bulletproof vests) and using it to create virtually indestructible tights. It turns out that it worked better than she ever imagined, and Sheertex was born. Every year, over 2 billion pairs of pantyhose end up in landfills after only 1-2 wears. With our patent pending technology, we're on a mission to change that. Say goodbye to disposable, and hello to tights that actually last.
